Laura & Andy's Pre-Wedding Shoot

It seemed like ages trying to organise Laura & Andy's pre-wed, mainly due to Laura being a teacher and weekdays being tricky for her. However, this last year, due to having a lot of teachers on the books, I have started to hold some pre-weds in the evening and this worked a real treat. Although we did have some rain, the light at this time of day is beautiful and we were able to produce some amazing pictures of the guys, not forgetting Meg the dog too. The guys have recently moved house to a lovely barn conversion so we started the shoot around there, concentrating on next doors farm and surrounding fields with it's panoramic vistas of Shropshire.
The guys are big members of the Bridgnorth Rowing club so I knew I wanted to capture that important part in their relationship. Luckily they have a key so we opened up the storerooms and the long boats made really cool backdrops for a few different couple shots that I had in mind.
We finished with a quick walk by the railway station and castle walk, locations synonymous with beautiful Bridgnorth before heading back home for our meeting over a good cup of tea.
A real fantastic couple to spend this time with, not to mention naturals in-front of camera and I look forward to shooting their wedding. It takes me back to Brockencote Hall which is a venue I absolutely love.
